i’m truly saddened by the fact that portugal didn’t reach the final. it would’ve been THE MATCH to watch but i’m sure many would think otherwise. portugal have played well with the addition of a few unnecessary blunders.
i’d give the french team credit for proving themselves worthy of coming this far after their last unimpressive performance in the 2002 world cup. being that it’ll be zidane’s last match in the final after having announced his retirement from the sport, he deserves all the glory.
i’m praying real hard + fingers & toes crossed that italy wins the 2006 world cup & that portugal defeats the germans for 3rd placing! go portugal!

no.. i am not a soccer fan, but i watched it with Oki. I prayed for german & portugal to win, but they lost for final match. :( Only leave Italy & France now..
SO i guess, I am on Italy's side now.. and I agree wih 'chocklitmom', italian players are soooo cuteeee.... hehehe..

portugal, 4 me, is a pretty fine looking team. haha! figo is ONE good example.
i found my 2 fav teams when i just had an in 2002. he wanted 2 b carried all night, so that gave us plenty reasons 2 stay up 4 almost all the world cup matches.
i'd love 2 start playing futsal tho.
